We ship via USPS Ground Advantage - please expect 5-7 business days for your package to arrive. If you need your cameras faster, please select an expedited shipping option or reach out to us by submitting a Contact Us form. Additional fees apply based on latest carrier rates.

Regular ground orders ship within 1-4 business days of purchase. This does not include federal holidays.

Upon placement of order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please check your confirmation email to ensure that the ship to address is correct. If there is an error, please contact us immediately.

damaged or lost shipments

We take great care in inspecting and packing our products in an effort to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. If by chance damage does occur - such as a defective flash or a camera dial that does not wind - please contact us within 5 business days of receipt of order via our Contact Us form to arrange for a replacement. Please keep the original item and all packing material. We will replace the item at no additional shipping cost.

If your package is lost in transit (i.e., not marked as delivered), please submit a Contact Us form within 5 days of the estimated delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier to investigate the matter. Please be aware, a package is not considered lost until a missing parcel claim has been filed and confirmed by the carrier. Once the carrier confirms that the package is no longer in transit and is considered lost, we will proceed with the next steps, whether refund or replacement. Click is not responsible for theft once the package has been marked as delivered. If your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:

  • Check all potential safe locations around your property.
  • Verify with household members or neighbors if they have received the package on your behalf.
  • Contact your mail carrier directly.
